Rez me please

Yesterday night, my toon was death while doing in Dungeon. my party couldn't rez me and let me alone in water while i am death. I can't find the instance to enter to look for my corpse, even I found one instance later, that instance said that I don't meet the requirment to enter that instance. My level is 50 though and I did that highest Dugeon level 50 - 55 i guess. So now, I am stuck at death, and open the ticket to rez me ASAP, but I couldn't have chance yesterday night to get rez from GM. I waited for 3 hrs yesterday. Please rez him and set free in live again. So, when I reached at home, I can play without waiting from GM again.

Additionally, in my game, I have 3 games by now. I can't find the way to remove the trial game. Can you please remove WOW1 trial only?

I'm truly sorry to hear that you might be stuck as a ghost. If you are truly stuck and unable to return to your body, Spirit Resurrect, or get back to the instance portal, then our staff might be in a position to help. While we're unable to resolve such issues via the forum, you can certainly submit an in-game petition from a character on the same account, and a member of our staff will do their utmost to help as swiftly as possible!

When you submit such a petition, it's best to keep the following points in mind:
    • Always use the ‘Character Stuck’ button when you submit this kind of petition.
    • Include the word 'stuck' in your petition.
    • Include the name and realm of the stuck character.
    • Include where your character was before they got stuck
    • Mention whether you are stuck at the loading screen, are unable to remain in-game, are trapped on terrain, are unable to find your body, or fell ‘through the world’
