In Australia... Who do I call???

My authenticator just died, and I tried calling 1800-59-BLIZZARD but it says that number has been disconnected so Im not sure what im supposed to do...

Thx for any help.

PS, the authenticator is only 6 months old :(

Users in Australia may call 1-800-041-378 to speak with a Billing Representative, though. =)

Please keep trying the telephone line, if you are able. That message is merely an indication that the hold queue is full.

Also, I'm pretty sure the robot does not use the word "bro". The robot does not know internet memes or language.
