Phishing or Not Phishing?

I received an in-game whisper that said I had won a Celestial Steed in a drawing, and it gave me a URL to go to to redeem it. Being that there have been all kinds of phishing scams going on lately, I just wanted to double-check that it either is or isn't a scam.

The URL given was <removing exploitative URL>

I'm pretty sure it was crap, but I've heard of people winning these things lately, so I wanted to double-check.
