Trial Account Expired - renew time

Hi all,

I created a trial account for my step son and 2 days ago it expired, so 3 hours ago I paid for it and the money has come out, however he can still not login.

How long does this usually take, I though since the account is paid for and money is out, it should be done, I cannot post on that toon, as login works but no toon listed any more.

I also cannot call support fro, australia

nah didnt get came card, just logged into blizzard and it said it was expired, so i did a direct upgrade for $19.99


Can you give me the character name/realm on what he is looking for?

Well, that account looks to still be frozen. That's a status that tends to indicate either a payment hasn't been made yet - or hasn't cleared, i.e., just not time on it.

Now why, that's a good question.

That particular account is also still showing up as a trial which is very unusual, even if the payment hasn't cleared.

I'd recommend contacting Billing on this. Is it possible it was applied to a different account? They can see into records we Game Masters cannot - they should be able to assist with this.
