Im a bit confused. - Blue Tracker

I was hacked not 2 long ago and i filed a ticket on my DK.. so i just got the mail back response and it rewarded me with 2.1k gold. Only thing was all of my toons where looted, but I only got 2.1k on my DK (who I had roughly 4k gold [saving for my fast flying mount] + bags worth a total of 2k gold + a poop load of ore and eng parts easly worth 6k). And nothing for any of my other toons who had lost way worse in terms of gold (iv got a ton of twinks + 500g bags on all of them). Also I lost all of my BG reward items and its guna take me years to win all of them back. So do i have to file a ticket on every single toon or did i just get screwed?

I MEAN SERIOUSLY IF I DONT GET AT LEAST SOME OF MY GEAR BACK I CANT PLAY AT ALL, 2K GOLD WONT EVEN COVER RESTORING MY LONE DK! MUCH LESS ANY OF MY ALTS!

I'm sorry, Galithus, but from what I can see we were unable to verify the loss you had experienced. To give you a little help in acquiring some gear we provided some gold. As you said the amount isn't enough to replace the gear you lost but it could be helpful in acquiring some basic items that will allow you to work towards upgrades.

You are welcome to write to [email protected] if you wish, list specific items you may be missing, and we'll take another look but given the time frame involved it is unlikely that much more will be found.

This appears to have occurred in January and I'm afraid I don't see any contact from you until the 8th of this month.

Completely understandable, Galithus, please understand that we want to help as much as possible in these situations. Unfortunately we simply could not verify the loss. We provided as much additional assistance as we could to help get you on your feet which should help you to build your gear back up. I'm sorry it could not be more.
