I just got hacked

Blizzard, I have a few things to let you know:

If you do not replace every item 100% as I know you can do and track, you will lose over 4 customers, I have paid lots of money to transfer toons, and to faction swap toons on my account as well as my wifes account, and not to mention I have been a customer since BC launch, I preordered cataclysm for myself as well as 3 of my friends and our entire guild bank was trashed and more then 20k gold worth of enchanting items gone, My account is going to be restored along with the guild bank or we are gone, and more then likley to never play starcraft or diablo again as well. I am a satisfied customer until this happened. I know you can fix this, please do so.

And for everyone out their saying I am stupid and shouldn't view webpages with keyloggers and false messages, I am a network administrator and I know how to protect a PC and I still believe this may be a flaw within the Blizzard Acount Database, however people do make mistakes, I just tend to make few.

Well anyway, any comments on account hacking would be nice, would like to hear about similar problems from people that fall victim to this rediculous fate.

I can completely understand how frustrating - even anger provoking - this situation can be. I'd like to ask that you take a moment, take a deep breath, and remain as calm as possible.

First, there's no need to threaten to cancel your accounts; after all, we're eager to lend a hand. If you've appropriately reported your account compromise, then our staff will investigate and do their utmost to help as soon as they possibly can. To give you an idea regarding the time frames involved, these investigations are currently taking over a week, though I should mention that this is a very rough estimate. While no restoration is ever guaranteed, our staff will work to provide as complete a recovery as possible.
