Payment still pending well after 72 hrs

ALL restrictions have been removed, but it still reads "pending." this is stopping my RaF partner from getting him mount. Any help would be great, ty.

The pending message simply means that the payment is currently pending and will remain pending until all free game time has been used, Fláshy. If it is a newly upgraded account, the account will be pending payment for 40 days (10 for the trial and 30 for the free game time that comes with the standard World of Warcraft game). If your friend would like to purchase 60 days immediately so that you can claim the mount, they will need to purchase a game time card or digital game time from the Blizzard Store (http://us.blizzard.com/store/details.xml?id=110000004).
