Is there a way to get rid of it, or will it cease to show up when it expires? It's going to be a bit of an annoyance having two accounts pop up constantly.

Billing can take care of this for you. Either a phone call or e-mail (whichever is easier for you) will sort this out; they can remove expired trials for you.
