How long for account hacked investigation?

How long does a typical investigation into a hacked account take?

My account was hacked last Sunday, a week ago. I caught it within less than an hour, performed all the Blizzard recommended actions (changed Battle.net password, ran anti-virus, looked at all running programs, etc.) and submitted an in-game ticket. I got an email from Blizz saying they would investigate the issue.

Its been a week and my main is still buck naked and broke :)

I don't want to be a jerk and keep submitting tickets, so what is a typical amount of time? Does it take 2 weeks? Or should I resubmit my ticket?

The average wait time is currently 8 to 10 days, Xazot. As a result, it looks as if your investigation may take a little less than 2 to 4 days. You do not need to submit any additional petitions as we will attempt to look into your open investigation as soon as possible.
