Card declined, now what?

So I bought a prepaid credit card a couple days ago to do a paid character transfer. Transfered two characters, but I'm some kinda downsy so I forgot to activate it online first. Initially the transfer worked, but after playing a few days I got an email saying that the card was declined, and my characters are locked until further notice. So I don't know what to do. My characters can't be tranfered anywhere or anything, and of course I haven't gotten an email in a couple days and the phone's useless.

Also, does the customer service line cost any money?

Thanks, guess I'll keep waiting on da phone then.

Heyo, I am going to take a look at your account. It sounds like the transfers were probably just need to be unlocked on their original realm. Any progress done is not lost in a situation like this, but you will have to attempt the transactions again once they are unlocked and available for play again. If you are on hold, do not hang up yet just in case, but I will see what I can do for you ;-)

Defeated! My tools are loading slowly today, but it looks like you have now already got assistance in unlocking your characters :) If you have any lingering questions, please let me know!
