Cannot log in on character

I recently came back to WoW after a break for a month, and wanted to play on my 17 priest, and i couldn't log in on this character!

It said "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete".

This seems strange to me, because i never got hacked or started a character update.

Please help!

It appears a Race Change was submitted on 03/18/2010, but didn't fully complete. That may be causing the login issue you're currently experiencing on your priest.

Can you log into the following status page, SlÃ¢sh, and let me know if you're able to cancel any pending transactions?

Did you just cancel the transaction, SlÃ¢sh? If so, are you still receiving the same error message?

Or had you already canceled the transaction prior to posting today?
