Guild restoration?

Hello fellow gamers,

At the start of last week my account was compromised, and being that I was the guild leader of "tribe of fire" the hacker disbanded the guild and then took everything in the guild bank. I have had my account recovered, changed my log in email and password, completed the appropriate scans and computer security, as well as purchased a authenticator which should hopefully arrive soon so this never happens again :D. So now I am in the que for restoration, which is fine I understand these things take time and as I have read in the forums they are running 5-7 days at this point. So my question is does Blizzard do guild restoration? Can the items and the guild itself with bank tabs be restored, or is that something I am going to have to do over for myself? Any help would be great, happy gaming!

While we cannot restore the guild, we may be able to reimburse for the guild bank tabs lost, Sürprise. I encourage you to reform your guild so that you can easily communicate with your guild mates and let them know what has transpired. Once an investigator reviews your case, they should be able to identify the guild disband and provide reimbursement for the missing guild bank tabs. If not, please reply directly to the restoration e-mail indicating that reimbursement was not provided, and they'll gladly take another look for you. :)
