It appears a petition was opened on your behalf by a representative (and has since been forward to our investigation queue for account compromises). If you are unable to see it, that means it was only opened internally; while you're unable to see the petition, our representatives
can and will be to assist you as a result.
As for the email response you received, don't pay too much mind to it. It's a pre-formatted response, so it probably doesn't apply completely to your situation. I'm really sorry for any confusion that may have been caused as a result, though. You don't need to worry about anything else. We've got things covered from here. :)
