Transfer from inactive account.

Hey I've got a problem, I have 2 accounts right, I want to transfer my Paladin from the inactive account to this one. Name and details etc are fine but the problem is, my Paladin is leader of arena teams + he has mail. Now since he doesnt have game time I can't log on to leave these teams + get the mail. I was wondering what could I do? I'd really not want to buy a month sub just to leave teams then for server and account transfer along side it.

Any help guys?

Because these accounts are registered in two different names, I'm afraid that we will be unable to assist, Scm. You're welcome to contact our Billing Department regarding this issue to see if they're able to provide you with temporary access to the account to ensure you're able to make the appropriate adjustments to the account to accommodate the Paid Character Transfer; however, they must be contacted by the registered user of the account.

If the account was created in his name, he is officially the registered user of the account and our Billing Department will be unable to provide assistance if you were to call. Also, please keep in mind that you are only able to access and transfer characters if you are the registered user of the account. If you simply made a mistake when creating the account and your brother never used it, it's possible that our Billing Department may be able to assist; however, I cannot offer any guarantees. I don't see why I have to call up just to get that stupid penguin out of the mailbox and his arena teams dropped since the Hateful season. It's a waste of time, it's an undergeared paladin with nothing valuable on it. I just cannot be bothered leveling another one, I don't see the big deal. Rules are rules sure but honestly, why am I going to have to go through all this hassle for such a simple move?


To put it simply, the account you're requesting assistance with does not belong to you. As a result, we will be unable to assist you with your request. I sincerely apologize if you do not feel this is satisfactory, but you must look at this from our vantage point. How would you like us to react if your brother posted on the Customer Service forum asking for one of your characters to be removed from their arena teams so that the character could be transferred to his account? I realize your brother may not be playing the game, but imagine that he was. Would you be comfortable with us providing this assistance under the assumption that everything he is saying is true?
