Can't Faction Change - Mail in Mailbox

Howdy.

I'm trying to faction change my hunter from Alliance to Horde.

The character's name is Dees of Sargeras (Night Elf Hunter)

I have logged on repeatedly and checked my mailbox and there is nothing there. Absolutely nothing. But it keeps saying there is mail on my hunter.

Can this please get checked into?

The mails been removed, Seed, you should be able to use the Faction Change service now.
