Celestial Steed bought but cannot redeem

Hello,

I bought a celestial steed mount for my account. Then I clicked on the "redeem pet" icon. It let me select my account (I only have 1) then it tells me my account is not active. I logged in my account and it works fine. So I logged back out and tried to claim the mount again. Then it tells me I have tried too many times. I waited 2 hours (while playing) then came back and tried one more time. It is now telling me again that my account is not active. What is wrong??

Is this the day your account bills by chance? Ahhh, yes - I believe if you check Account Management, you'll see Payment Status as Pending....today.

That should clear up fairly soon, once things process through.
