Unfair use of the vote to kick feature

I was just in a group that had three people from one server and me and one other. Me and the "other" were doing great dps, had no issues with the other players and nobody complained. The three tried to kick the other and I said no, then a few minutes later they did it again and I said no, then suddenly I'm kicked along with him. Now I'm locked out of Forge of Souls, due to three friends who wanted to keep the loot all to themselves or to bring in other friends. Is there some way to fix this use of the kick function?

I'm sorry, Boondog, though removing you from the group may not be the nicest of outcomes, that is an option available to the group. They voted and decided to remove you. I'm afraid we are unable to intervene.

Q u o t e:
How many does it require to kick? Once I chose no, and someone was kicked anyways, so maybe it should require 4 people?

For a group of 4/5 it requires one initiating vote plus two yes votes.
