IPhone Died Can't Access Authenticator

Been trying to call the Billing/Account number all afternoon but not a single available customer support person is available :-(

Ok so here's the deal, I have an iPhone, I've the the Authenticator app. My iPhone died, as it it won't turn on period, and yes the thing was fully charged when it died! I can't go in and change my account to NOT use an authenticator because I need an authenticator code to access my account info. I've got ICC25 tomorrow night and I don't want to wait days for an email response. How do I fix this quickly without having to buy a new iPhone (my warranty on the phone is expired!)???

I hope your luck holds out, Zefram. I recommend plugging the phone into the wall if you can >.< However, if the phone does die, you do have an alternative. The Terms of Use form on our site can be filled out and e-mailed in with proof of identification to confirm you are the account holder and get the authenticator removed. Some people shy away from it since you do have to scan up or take digital photos of an id and form, but it has a pretty dang quick turn around time, and just might get you going before your raid.
