310% flying speed for x53 or celestial steed

The Touring Rocket and Celestial Steed are a new type of mount that matches your character's highest speed mount. So, as your fellow players have stated, they can eventually reach the 310% speed if you obtain another 310% speed mount. While a large majority of these mounts are awarded for participating in raids, mounts such as the Violet Proto-Drake can be obtained without spending much time raiding. :)
