If an account has been merged to a Battle.net, or if an email has been changed, or an authenticator added to the account (not the player's own) one of your first stops is going to be Billing. They need to get those sorted out first so the rest of the processes can continue.

Billing and Account Services

Now, it's very very important to figure out where the security breach occurred. If they CAN get back in, they WILL be back. That, unfortunately, you can count on.

These two stickies should prove helpful.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

I do wish you all the very best on a speedy recovery.

What I do about the server transfers ?

That should all be found out during the restoration investigation. They normally catch those as a matter of course. Feel free to mention them in your request for a restoration.

Will i get back my gold ? Because, I had settled for a (paid) Kinslayer run this monday....

Normally - but restorations are currently running about 7 days after they enter the petition queue.

We can never guarantee a restoration, but promptly reported compromises usually turn out well.

Q u o t e:
Should I send a mail or wait for a living representative ?

And really idiotic question, but who is going to pay for the transfers ?

Transfers should be undone with the investigation.

Those are usually paid for with stolen credit cards and come back as charge-backs if not tended to initially.

Petition, mail, or living representative ?

Email or petition either one should be fine. Shouldn't be any need to talk to anyone if this is just something that got overlooked.

Should I talk with a in-game gm ?

If it's simply characters or items missed, really not necessary - no.

It's charaters missing, their gear gone, and their gold gone.

That's a very normal restoration investigation, a petition or email either one should work.
