TY :) (temporary ban). now.. to get things figured out..

While we were unable to issue a suspension or initiate an investigation via a request on the forums, I'm glad that you're feeling less vulnerable. Now would be a great time to see about securing your system, and the sticky that we've posted here can help you do that, as well as navigate the recovery process:

Account Hacked? Security Issue? Look Here!

thats the part im worried about :)

when i came back to WoW after a 1 year break, durring the first week i was hacked. ive been playing MMOs for 10+ years, and that was my first ever time being hacked. i discovered the authenticator, and figrued it would solve all of my issues. ive had it for roughly 5 months and now hacked again?

This is of concern to us as well. The Blizzard Authenticator is an extremely effective additional layer of security, but it won't solve all security concerns by itself. While compromises on an Authenticator protected account are extremely rare, they has been known to occur and you can learn more here:

In the meantime, it is crucial that you secure your system using the information in those articles I provided earlier. When you run scans, it would be wise to have your World of Warcraft client open, with gibberish typed into the Account Name and Password fields - this may help your scans detect malware that would otherwise go unnoticed.
