Items removed?

I have received a 3 hour ban last night from the game on one of my accounts. Before the ban, I had sent a bunch of flasks that I had farmed the mats for to my alt, and a stack of flasks that I had made for a guild mate to them.
My alt never received the flasks, and I am going to assume that my guild mate didn't either.

I also noticed this morning that over 1000 Saronite Ore that I had farmed, a bunch of herbs (Lichbloom, Icethorn) that I had sent to my bank alt is no longer in the mail box. No the mails did not expire. I sent them over 2 days ago.

I have been on a 2 - 3 day spree of doing nothing but farming, and most of the items I farmed were gone when I logged in this morning. I've placed in half a dozen GM tickets, called, and E-Mailed, and I still haven't gotten word from anyone.

I'm freaking out because I did a lot of farming, and with my history in talking to GMs in game, I'll get something back that either has nothing to do with why I placed in my ticket, I'll get the BS "Sorry, there is nothing I can do" or items will be restored, but not all of them.

I logged out with over 1700 saronite ore, and logged on with less than 500. Is there a way that I can please get someone to address this? I'm freaking out because I KNOW my account wasn't hacked, and it was a GM that deleted the items that I spent so much time farming.

Thank you.

I am not circumventing it. The items were deleted by someone in Blizzard. They were deleted by an in game GM. I was not hacked. I am making a thread because it will take the GMs a week or two to get to my ticket. I don't want to get a GM that will just give me an automated response, give me some of the items, not all of them, have to wait another 2 weeks, to get SOME of the items, not all of them, just because I didn't get to FIT everything in the ticket.

Also, this is a screw up on Blizzard's part. I want to make sure that the logs of the items are still there, and they weren't deleted when the GM deleted my items.
There's a difference from when you're hacked, to when a GM deletes items. For example - I sent the mail on my farm toon to my alt on another account. It would have taken an hour to get to my other account. I want to make sure that Flasks, and 15000 gold is restored, and I don't lose it because it was in the process of being sent.

Based on what I can see, it does seem as though some wires might have been crossed - though not without cause. Our staff will be more than happy to investigate and lend a hand if appropriate soon, if such an investigation is not already under way.

As there is no suspension directly associated with this issue, you can submit an in-game petition on the subject, if you have not already done so. Under ordinary circumstances email contact with our account administration department at [email protected] would be necessary.

My personal guess is that whatever did the bad, weither it was automated, or human, thought my account was hacked, and that the items I had farmed, was all done by the hacker, and went to delete everything that I had obtained on that account in the past 2 - 3 days.

That's not an unreasonable assumption, as such a thing could conceivably occur. I just hope our staff can help you sort this out swiftly.
