Whenever you visit http://us.battle.net, you are given the error message you provided in your second post?

Do you see this error message right away, or is it only after you try to log in?

Roger that. That's exactly what I thought was happening and just wanted to make sure. This is something that our technicians are already aware of and are looking to resolve as quickly as possible. Based upon what I've seen, these issues appear related, so it's entirely possible that the resolution will address both issues. Should the PTR section continue to experience issues after the resolution is implemented, I'll be sure to mention it to the appropriate parties.
