Q u o t e:
My account has been hacked, I've had a friend verify it. I was in Blackrock mountain to do the instance Lower Blackrock spire for the achievement. This is when i started to get randomly disconnected. I thought maybe it was just internet issues. Then after having to force quit the WoW program I tried to log back in and was asked for an authenticator number, but i don't have an authenticator. So i contacted my friend on a separate program and asked him if i was online right now. He said that was and hat i was in Hellfire Ramparts. I would very much like my account back before anything gets vendored. Thank you and I hope this can be resolved soon.
It is imperative you find out how they got ahold of your information, or this will continue to happen.
Damages have been done, but those are recoverable in most cases.
I'd like you go go over the security bits in the information below. Also, emails can also become compromised, it's possible that is one way they can get in as well.
Also, please check your email for a new password - and see if you can log in.
----------------------
If an account has been merged to a Battle.net, or if an email has been changed, or an authenticator added to the account (not the player's own) one of your first stops is going to be Billing. They need to get those sorted out first so the rest of the processes can continue.

Now, it's very very important to figure out where the security breach occurred. If they CAN get back in, they WILL be back. That, unfortunately, you can count on.
These two stickies should prove helpful.
