Game card already used?

I'm not sure if this would warrant a thread on the forums, but my account is frozen, and after buying a card for $40, it says its already been used (illegal keygen?). I've already sent an email to billing, so is this fixable in any way?

Excellent questions, but not ones I can really answer - Billing will be able to.

Email is good, calling is better if you can. Might make for a quicker turnaround on this.
