Blizard Customer Service Suck

I have been trying to call for the last 5 hours and have gotten the same response... that is that they are too busy to help me please call back..Somehow my account has been locked and can't get access.... 5 frigging ours I have been calling what the hell... I have a account that useless and a company that care nil about their customers... How about someone get back to me you have my customer info... I sent emails, this is my second post but in 5 hours no one has sent me a email or responded to my post why..

I'll need more information to try to look into this, Sadinoel.

The account you are posting under I suspect is not the one in question, I see nothing on this as far as being locked (and you'd also not be able to post under it).

Can you give us a character name/realm on the one in question?
