When you were helping your friend set up the Recruit a Friend trial account, Deathraider, I assume you sent the invitation and then had them receive the e-mail. Did they access the e-mail from your computer?

From what I can see there is only one account that is linked to the one you are posting on and that account is on the same Battle.net account. That one does appear to be upgraded though I am unsure if it is the one you added time to.

You may need to contact our Billing department directly if the wrong account was linked and upgraded, they should be able to help. Can you give me the name and realm of a character on the account you believe is linked? I can check to make sure.

oh sorry forgot that its jannith on the scryers and it says im linked to that account in the management screen

I believe the Account Management page only states if an invitation has been redeemed, the account upgraded and if you have earned the mount reward. It doesn't state which account redeemed it.

I'm afraid it looks like you were still logged into your Battle.net account when the Recruit a Friend invitation was redeemed. Given what happened I assume your friend retrieved her e-mail and clicked on the link in that e-mail while using your computer. Unfortunately, when that link is clicked the Recruit a Friend trial is bound to the Battle.net account that is currently logged in. If you are not logged into a Battle.net account you are asked to either create one or log into it.

She then likely reviewed the e-mail and followed the advice (i.e. log in or create a new Battle.net account) then clicked the link again. Unfortunately once redeemed the Recruit a Friend code can not be used again and it will simply create a standard trial account.

Our Billing department should be able to help though and make sure the Recruit a Friend link is applied to the intended account. Once corrected you should earn whatever rewards you qualify for, including the in-game leveling and summoning bonuses.

I am sorry for what frustration this may have caused you.
