We are currently investigating a number of reports indicating that recurring subscription payments are not processing. We do not have any additional details or workarounds to provide at this time; however, we will do our best to provide any updates as they become available.
If you are currently experiencing a subscription related issue, please reply to this post and answer the following questions:
- Is the account you're having an issue with the account you're posting with?
- If not, what is the name and realm of a character on the account in question?
- Which payment method are you using for your recurring subscription (e.g. Paypal, Credit Card, etc.)?
- Are you renewing an inactive account or did your subscription just expire?
In the meantime, please keep all discussion of subscription related issues isolated within this thread to ensure we're able to gather information and relay important updates as easily as possible.
