Account hacked and banned to boot

acount was hacked and most of my toons were stripped clean i think or so a search of armory can confirm. Can't log into the game because hackers broke ToS and account was banned. Which was good because some of my main toons still had gear on armory. My concern is the time it is taking or going to take to restore all back to normal. I received email saying i was going to receive a password resest in an hour but have yet to receive in two days. Customer service is impossible to get connected with. Trying maybe the forums for a GM trolling to help out!!! Please restore my faith in the system.

Sometimes characters on a compromised account will be used for malicious activities, Burnerbadzs. When this happens, the account to which these characters belong may be suspended, banned, or locked for exploitation; as you witnessed firsthand on your own account.

If your account, was penalized for actions which occurred while it was compromised, the appropriate recourse is to contact our Account Administration department as soon as possible. Our AA representatives may be reached by email or by web form.
