RAF issues

Hello

I recently liberated a friend of mine from another mmorpg (and he is thankful for that) through the RAF program. I sent him the RAF email, he downloaded the digital version, gave it a shot and promptly when to best buy to upgrade his account. He also purchased a 60 day game card.

Here is the issue, on the RAF page it says the accounts are linked, but that his account is still in trial. I know it is not in trial because I gave him a small amount of friend gold to get him started along with a few pieces of low level crafted gear.

We are unable to summon each other, he is not getting the 300% xp bonus, and to be more selfish, I do not have my rocket. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds as if your friend created a new account rather than upgrading the account created using the Recruit-a-Friend key contained within the e-mail. If you call our Billing Department, though, they'd be happy to help link the accounts for you. :)
