The name of the instance can be found on your map and dangling off to the left of your mini-map should be a small banner displaying a skull if you are participating in an heroic instance. If you do not see the banner, then the instance you are currently participating in is of normal difficulty. :)

I dont see any name of the instance above my minimap

My apologies, I meant to say the name of the instance is on the top of your map. If you press the "m" key to open your map, you should see the name of the instance in big letters. :)

Open your map. Do you see any text on the map whatsoever?

I only see where i am located in .

Where is that big text located ?

Do you use any addons, Ite? In particular, any addons which manipulate your map?

You are currently in Utgarde Pinnacle. If you open your map at the very top in large letters, you will see the text "UTGARDE PINNACLE."

ps : i was saying when the dungeon finder found a group for me and it pop out . How do i know which instance is it and is it heroic or not before entering the instance

If you are queuing for random heroics, you will be unable to determine which instance you were queued for until you have entered the instance to ensure you are unable to pick and choose your random instance. If you queue for specific instances, the queue window will pop up and tell you the name of the instance and the difficulty on the window that pops up.
