Are there any plans in the near future to make a mobile authenticator for the Samsung Solstice (SGH-A887)? As far as I can tell there is not one available through battle.net.

If there are any out there, do you have a suggestion for a current mobile authenticator that is compatible with my phone? My husband's account just got hacked, so we are taking even more steps to secure our accounts.

I'm afraid that I cannot provide any specific suggestions, but you're welcome to look over the list of phones which support the Mobile Authenticator application by visiting http://mobile.blizzard.com. Also, your fellow players may be able to provide some suggestions based upon their past experiences. :)

Our Web and Mobile developers are trying to develop the Mobile Authenticator application for as many phones as possible, but I do not have any information to provide in regards to specific phone models. You may simply want to check back on the aforementioned site for the latest list of supported devices.

Also, please keep in mind that you can purchase the keychain version of the Authenticator at the Blizzard Store for only $6.50.

The above website (mobile) does not work.

It looks like the URL ate an extra period. The link should now work, though.

I'm still considering the keychain authenticator, but the mobile is more attractive to my needs. I always have my phone on me... I'd probably misplace the keychain. It is also cheaper and an immediate option, whereas the keychain says it can take up to 15 days to arrive.

I completely understand, Xabrina. I just wanted to remind you that it was yet another option that's out there. :)
