May I inquire as to why you removed the protection of your authenticator?

In any case - please check your email for further instructions.

Also, you'll likely need to have this run through investigations once you get back in - and also it is imperative to find out how they came by your password and ID or this WILL happen again.

-------------------------

If an account has been merged to a Battle.net, or if an email has been changed, or an authenticator added to the account (not the player's own) one of your first stops is going to be Billing. They need to get those sorted out first so the rest of the processes can continue.

Players in Singapore should call 800-2549-9273
Players in Chile should call 1230-020-5554
Players in Mexico should call 001-888-578-7628
Players in Argentina should call 0800-333-0778
All other international players should call: (949) 955-0283

Now, it's very very important to figure out where the security breach occurred. If they CAN get back in, they WILL be back. That, unfortunately, you can count on.

These two stickies should prove helpful.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

This is happening a lot. It happened to me too. I had the code removed and my account restored, but it took some time, almost a day and there is a log wait if you call Blizzard CS, you can e-mail them but it's better if you call them and just wait on hold until they answer, it took 53 minutes before I got thru. If someone else put the code on your computer, kiss your toons goodbye. I have 7 toons that were deleted and I'm still waiting for restoration of my toons, gold and bank contents

This just isn't true in most cases, Khorna. It may take some time, but promptly reported compromises typically get good results.

MASSIVE PROBLEM ok well i logged in and my other 1 accounts are active with some randoms guys visa CARD plz help

You can cancel that. I'd also strongly recommend contacting Billing on this to prevent issues down the road.

They often use stolen credit cards for that and by the time it's reported, etc., some time can pass. You don't want that coming back to haunt you later.

You can email [email protected] - or call.

I'd change your password and email as well, the above point is valid - they may do that out of spite.
