Someone in my guild has turned off the 15% ICC buff two weeks in a row. The raid ID this week is 28762587. My guildies and I would greatly appreciate it if a GM could tell us who it is because it's hindering our progression and we would love to gkick whoever is doing it.

Thank you.

I'm afraid we will be unable to report the activities of another player, Aricent. You will have to determine who may be doing that yourself and take what actions you see fit.

Good luck.

It seems silly to me that this needs to be kept private. If I asked "Who was tanking our raid tonight?" I doubt you would have any problems telling me, so why are you not able to say who talked to an NPC? =|

First, we would not provide information regarding another player that could potentially lead to harassing behavior from others.

Second, we do not involve ourselves the dynamics of a group, raid or guild. The social aspect of the game is completely in players hands. The only time we may become involve is if the actions may violate our Terms of Use.

Lastly, I simply don't have access to that information. Though I probably could figure out who is tanking your raid by reviewing your guild and raid chat, otherwise the data necessary to tell who is doing what isn't necessary to my job and therefore not readily available to me. I could likely get the information but point one and two would prevent me from providing any information.

I understand this may be having a negative effect on the other members of your raid, Aricent, I hope you are able to get this matter straightened out. I am sorry I can not be of more assistance. If you would like to see that type of information made available though I highly recommend that you post in the Suggestion forum where your feedback can be reviewed.

Ok, thanks for quick replies Vrak, much faster than opening a gm ticket, and much better than the copy/paste responses you get in replies to the gm tickets. =)

Maybe I'll stop by the suggestions forum later.

Answering questions is what Vrakthris's do best. :D

Couldn't this action be considered griefing at some level, though? Although I think this issue should be ticketed ingame if it could be considered griefing.

I would agree with Pahanda, it would depend on the circumstances and how often it is done. We generally will not become involved in such situations but that doesn't mean we won't. If this were to become an issue we may take another look at the situation.
