Potential Hacker

I've removed that character's name only as a formality, since we discourage calling out other players on the forums. I understand your concern though, and the best thing you can do when confronted by such a whisper is to use our Report Spam feature. You can access it by right-clicking the offending character's name in the chat pane, and selecting Report Spam from the drop down menu that appears.

Much of this spam originates from characters on compromised accounts. It is not unheard of for these individuals to spam or issue scam attempts using a recognizable name, delete that character then use an identical or similar name in the future on a different account.
