Confused about in game response ....

good morning , i am confused about an ingame response i recieved about a ticket from last thursday or friday.
i puchased a piece of pvp gear to check to see if it shared a global cooldown with something else , come to find out i could not return it a couple of min later ( as is normally possible within the hr cooldown ).
so i open a ticket and it seams as if the gm got confused or didnt read it ... i cant ask for additional help without losing the gm response ( he said somthing about a quest and achievment being non returnable )...anyhooo.... there was no achievment ...or quest involved.

it kinda sucks to wait 3 or 4 days to get an automated response like a form letter that does not apply to my original problem .... no flame intended im just frustrated :)

Is there a particular reason why you want to hold onto the original response, Monkyshines? It would be advantageous to request more assistance using the already open petition to ensure that the Game Master who receives your petition next is able to see a broader description of what has transpired so far. Alternatively, as Pricilla has stated, you could send an e-mail to [email protected].
