i puchased a piece of pvp gear to check to see if it shared a global cooldown with something else , come to find out i could not return it a couple of min later ( as is normally possible within the hr cooldown ).
so i open a ticket and it seams as if the gm got confused or didnt read it ... i cant ask for additional help without losing the gm response ( he said somthing about a quest and achievment being non returnable )...anyhooo.... there was no achievment ...or quest involved.
it kinda sucks to wait 3 or 4 days to get an automated response like a form letter that does not apply to my original problem .... no flame intended im just frustrated :)
