RAF 3x experience question

Does this only start when the referred account buys the basic game or does it work during the trial period?

I was concerned that it wasn't getting 3x experience, I double checked and I had begun it from the wrong account. I then deleted the characters, and started from step one again. I referred from this account, added the characters back (n the new trial account), it's showing linked in my account settings, yet it's not getting 3x XP.

I have this character on follow (player in question on the refereed account is Dyami, same server). I went out and killed a couple of mobs to check and there's nothing showing RAF XP. I turned on XP message in chat just to triple check.

I don't mind adding the game now if that's what it takes, I'm just glad I double checked which account was the "referrer".

I'm just asking now before I go in to far and wind up hours on the phone Monday calling billing.

When the recruiter and recruitee are partied up they get the triple xp, does not matter if the newbie is on trial or has upgraded to full version. You do need to make sure all other restrictions are met though! Within a few levels of each other, killing mobs that grant both experience, etc. etc. :)

Ahh, I missed that you were still not getting xp, thanks for posting Hathios, and asking good questions. Can I have the names of both characters and the realm you are playing on? If you are not getting the triple xp I would like to try and find out why!
