You can look up Baud/Mekor we were in the same raid saved to the same raid ID.. I was online the whole time but I died at the end... other people died too but they still received credit.

My best recommendation is to open an ingame petition with this information an inquire, Jit.
Normally, we don't/can't touch achievements - but there are a few isolated cases from time to time where we may be able to have a case investigated if it looks like something happened. We may not be able to assist - but it cannot hurt to ask :)
