In most cases where a player reports an account as compromised within a month or two of it occurring, we are able to restore most (if not all) items, characters, and gold lost as a result of the compromise. If you recover the account and bring the compromise to our attention by opening an in-game petition, it is extremely likely that we will be able to restore your losses.
