Hacker added authenticator

Ive read the posts about hackers adding authenticators to my account, and thats all well and good, but isn't there some way to remove authenticators, for example by answering my SQ or confirming my identity? I just get the feeling that on my (other) account this hacker will be having his way with my character since the 24 hours suspension that bilzzard put on my account (which i hugely appreciate) ran out this morning and once that hacker gets out of bed i feel that my armory will soon show a naked character.

Gàze, I'm very happy that you're currently on hold for a Billing representative. Hopefully your time in queue goes quickly and we're able to remove that unauthorized Authenticator without too much additional wait on your part.
