Account suspended due to virus/malware detect

Received an email stating WoW found a virus/malware process and triggered a 24 hour ban.....After the 24 hour period was up it would be automatically unlocked according the email and account management page. Instead of the account being unlocked at the end of the 24 hour period, it was either "banned, locked, or suspended..." (According to account management page)

This is on my WoW1 account (posting from toon created on a trial account with same email but under account WoW2) I would like to know what the reason for not unlocking my account and how many days of my account are going to be wasted to this nonsense. I JUST bought the CDKey and feel I have wasted my money...great game, but was banned for nothing after just spending 30 bucks!!!

Also, the only "virus/malware" found by AVG and Malware Bytes was GameVance a online game program that I did not know contained pop-up ad generation and hidden adware. I have cleared the problem and want to get back to playing the game!!

What I Want/Expect from the product I just purchased:

- Reason my account was banned/locked/suspended
- WHICH of the "banned/locked/suspended" is affecting my account
- how long this is going to take to be able to get back into game
- Will I be credited for the days my account is under suspension/lock

Thanks,
Matthew Fulk

You should be able to access this account now.

You need to log into game - not account management. Suspensions won't show as 'up' in Account Management until the first time you log in afterwards ingame.
