"The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again. "
I checked my mail, nothing in it. I assumed it was because I had something coming. I waited six hours, no new mail, tried to paid-transfer again, same message. I have also considered, and resolved the following potential problems:
1. Mail from someone on my ignore list..........cleared ignore list, no mail;
2. Mail from auction.............no pending auctions;
3. Guild leader...........not in guild;
4. Arena team leader...........not on an area team;
5. Active quest causing the problem.........no active quests;

6. Emailed from alt......received mail, deleted, retried, same response;
7. Disabled all add-ons....no new mail
I've searched the forums and haven't been able to find a solution. Any possible help?
