Is my ticket

Is my ticket still in the queue? I put it in a week and a half ago and still haven't received word. Oh and it went to escalated and then disappeared probably on the 7th.

That would be because you are on your 5th petition - the first 4 you abandoned.

If you abandon a petition it drops totally out of queue and you need to start over.

Please leave this one open until a Game Master can get to your request. That one at the moment is 2 days, 11 hours old.

This thread is also a month old, usually better in cases like this to just start your own.
