I didn't get my Recruit-A-Friend rewards

i recruited my mom because she's been interested in trying the game she downloaded the game, upgraded it and payed for 3 months and it does say our accounts are linked but i didn't get either of my rewards. Does it take time or is this just some hollow offer to get me to do the advertising for you?

It appears you have 3 accounts linked through the Recruit a Friend promotion, Darkmagexx. Two which are still trial accounts and one has been upgraded to a standard account. It is likely that the wrong account was actually upgraded.

Can you give me the name and realm of a character on the account that was upgraded and has the 60 day card? I'll check it out.
