Bots in Battlegrounds

I realise that this is probably not the correct place to post this thread, but I was hoping by doing it in the Customer Service forum I might at least get a reply on what as a player I can do to help blizzard eliminate battleground botters.

I play a lot of battlegrounds on my level 80's and I continually see them. They are easy to spot to the experienced eye (although to players who don't bg very often, it probably looks normal because they get into combat and fight the enemy).

Most of them take the same path in WSG and end up in the enemy base, only to die, rez then mount up and go to the opposite faction gy. In AB they call out inc at flags we don't even have. SoTA they mount up and run to the gates, only to turn around and run in the opposite direction, never attacking tanks. They almost always get into combat which makes it difficult to get them removed via the afk booting system.

I am getting so tired of seeing the same names over and over again constantly leeching active players honor. There is even a whole guild doing it on a regular basis on my battlegroup (won't mention names here because I know it's against the rules of posting).

So what I really want to know is what I as a player can do to help get rid of them. Obviously it would be impossible for me to open a ticket after every battleground. That would serve no purpose but to clog up the ticket system. So how would Blizzard prefer that I report this? Open one ticket every few days with a list of names/servers. Or would a weekly email be better? If so, can you provide me with the correct email address to send this type of complaint to? Exactly how much information do you need me to report? Dates, times battleground number? Or is a player name and server enough?

Thank you.

Actually - the best thing you can do on these is use the ingame AFK function.

Yes, I know if they have that sort of bot the debuff isn't going to stick - but it will REGISTER.

Those reports are actually incredibly useful when a sweep is processed.

Thanks!
