Cannot summon linked friend through RAF help

Are you certain that your friend is using the linked account, Zuriick?

From what I can see, if I'm looking at the right person, your friend redeemed 4 Recruit a Friend invitations creating 4 Recruit a Friend trial accounts. All of those accounts look to still be trials and I don't see any characters on them.

For reference, when your friend logs into their Battle.net account the RaF trial accounts are likely labeled Wow 3, Wow4, Wow5 and Wow7.

Wow1 and Wow2 have a character each, but are not linked as Recruit a Friend, Wow6 and Wow8 are standard trials as well.

Since your friend hasn't actually upgraded his account yet he can simply access one of the Recruit a Friend trials on his Battle.net account and use that. That would be Wow 3, Wow4, Wow5 or Wow7.

He may want to contact our Billing department to have the extra trials removed but otherwise you both should receive the Recruit a Friend benefits if the correct account is accessed. If he decides to upgrade his account to a full standard account make sure that the correct account is selected.
