How to break a RAF?

I joined World of Warcraft and accepted a RAF from a good friend of mine. Anyway, long story short this good friend of mine has stolen (real)money from me and we cut all ties, now I have a 60 day game card that I want to put on my account but if I do my friend will get perks, I do not want this to happen, it is a little petty, but its even worse when you steal money from your best friend and even admit it. So can someone help me out with how to stop being a RAF so I dont give perks to this thief? Thank you.
