Double suspension for one trolling incident?

I was suspended the other day for 48 hours for trolling and using racial slurs. I am sure more than one player reported me. So if I am reported by one player, then suspended, can i be suspended again when a GM gets to another players ticket after the suspension has ended, even if that other players ticket is for the same incident I was already actioned for?

I'd really hate to get my hopes up of playing again only to receive another suspension or a ban or something for the same thing I was just punished for. Especially after deciding that getting suspended or banned isn't worth trolling for a few laughs.

You can only be punished once for a single offense. If you believe you were punished twice for the same incident, please be sure to let us know by e-mailing our Account Administration department at [email protected]. That being said, if we uncover that more heinous activity occurred that was not addressed in the original account action, the penalty may be reassessed and extended if necessary. In your particular case, it sounds as if the appropriate actions may have already been taken.
