Scroll of Resurrection won't work.

I'm trying to Rezz my friend. His last subscription ran out months ago. When I sent him the Rez, it did not stop me or say that he wasn't eligible. On my page it says that the Scroll sent. But when he tries to click on the confirmation link.. it just opens the same page again. It doesn't say "Success!" or anything, just returns to the conformation page.

And he has WotLK, but looking through previous forums, it should have still worked.

Any insight?
