Rules regarding loot recovery via a CM.

I know players have a limited amount itmes that can be recovered by a Cm; I'm asking how many times can a single
player have loot recovered, and if that number slowly recharges.

There's not really a set number. We will provide assistance with item or character recovery when- and wherever possible. Limited restorations are more a method of recording previous restorations which required the assistance of In-Game Support. (Restorations provided as a the result of a compromise or an in-game bug are recorded differently.) By keeping track of this data, we can determine whether or not we need to educate a certain player about available self-help options or ensure that a particular player is not making light of our assistance.

This is why we ask for permission before consuming a limited restore, as its use will weigh in on future decisions. :)
